It takes us two hours to make our renowned fresh caramel, while the stirring goes on we prepare the apples by cleaning and skewering them; they then get plunged in to the still hot caramel to give them a shiny coat of the best caramel you will ever taste . These are rolled in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
