Please note: All fudge products have a shelf-life of 2-3 weeks.
First we bake the chocolate chip cookies and then we make a batch of our smooth vanilla fudge, when it is almost set up on the marble slab, then we lay a seam of broken or halved cookies down the middle, over which we fold the fudge just as it is setting up.
