One of the originals from when we opened in 1995, another of the poducts brought straight over from our old shop in San Francisco. Turtles begin as a small lump of our home made caramel (that's the stuff we make every week for our caramel apples). Then pecans are clamped oround the outside of this ball of caramel; finally the whole is completely immersed in milk chocolate. They really are very special.
