This is our old classic from our San Francisco days, it contains nothing but sugar, butter and a dash of vanilla. Cooking it takes a great degree of judgement from our cooks as to when to take it off the heat, the result is an ultra smooth then brittle and finally melt in your mouth taste sensation .
