Meet our new vegan fudge, we have been experimenting for months and have finally settled on this delicious recipe. As usual we have applied our rigorous standards of ingredients and methods to this confection and it is a real must for all the vegans out there.
We start by making our homemade vegan marshmallow fluff using aquafaba, sugar and cream of tartar and then fold it into the other ingredients at the end to create a soft, creamy texture.
The fudge is then cut into small bite size squares and bagged into 100 gram lots.
Ingredients: aquafaba, cream of tartar, sugar, sunflower spread, almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla essence.
